Policy Against Unsolicited Advertising
Effective Date: July 29, 2026
Dirtbot, Inc. (d/b/a “KeepTabz”) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to ethical, permission-based marketing and to protecting the public from spam sent in our name. This policy states our position against the use of unsolicited messages to advertise or promote www.keeptabz.ai (the “Site”) or the KeepTabz service.
Our Commitment
We prohibit the use of unsolicited commercial electronic messages (“spam”) — by email, SMS/text, voice call, social media, instant messenger, or any other channel — by our employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, resellers, or any third party acting on our behalf, to advertise or drive traffic to keeptabz.ai.This policy covers marketing messages. Account, security, billing, legal, and service notices are part of the KeepTabz service and are sent to users regardless of marketing preferences.
What This Means
No spam. We do not send bulk or mass messages to individuals or businesses who have not given explicit, verifiable permission to be contacted.
Permission-based marketing only. All KeepTabz marketing communications are opt-in: recipients have subscribed, requested information, started a trial, or have an existing business relationship with us. Marketing SMS and calls always require separate prior express written consent — an existing relationship is never enough.
No purchased contact lists. We do not buy, rent, or scrape contact lists for promotional outreach. Contact data is collected directly and with consent, and we keep a record of when and how each person opted in.
Clear opt-out. Every marketing message includes a one-click unsubscribe — no login or account required. We honor opt-outs within 72 hours and add them to a global suppression list applied across every channel and every sender, including our partners. SMS recipients can reply STOP at any time.
Legal compliance. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, CASL, GDPR and ePrivacy/PECR, the Australian Spam Act, and other applicable anti-spam and telemarketing laws wherever recipients are located. Where standards conflict, we apply the stricter one.
How We Actually Promote KeepTabz
Our marketing relies on inbound and permission-based channels only: organic search (SEO), content marketing, paid social/search ads targeted by user intent, referrals, and opt-in email/SMS to existing users and subscribers.
Messages That Impersonate Us
Third parties sometimes spoof legitimate brands. Real KeepTabz email comes only from keeptabz.ai addresses, and we publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to help mail providers block forgeries. We never ask for passwords or payment details by email or text. A message from any other domain claiming to be KeepTabz is not from us — don’t click its links, and please report it.
Enforcement
This policy is incorporated into every affiliate, reseller, partner, and contractor agreement under which KeepTabz is promoted. Any employee, contractor, partner, affiliate, or reseller found advertising KeepTabz through unsolicited messages will forfeit all commissions earned from that traffic and face corrective action, up to and including termination of their relationship with the Company. We may request proof of consent and list sources at any time.
Report Unsolicited Messages
If you receive a message advertising keeptabz.ai that you did not request or consent to, please forward it to abuse@keeptabz.ai — including the full message headers, if you can, since they’re what let us trace the source. We acknowledge every report within three business days, investigate it, and suppress your address whether or not the message came from us.
